The Disputes section is specifically for addressing issues related to services and projects. Follow these steps to utilize the Disputes section:

Steps:

  • Dashboard: Go to your dashboard after logging in.
  • Disputes Icon: Click on the “Disputes” icon in the left side panel.
  • Create Dispute: Click on โ€œ+Create Disputeโ€ and select the relevant project/service.
  • Fill Details: Enter the reason and describe your dispute.
  • Submit: Click on โ€œSend Disputeโ€ to submit and track your dispute

The Help & Support section is for any general help or support you might need. Whether it’s a question, feedback, or a technical issue, you can reach out to us through this section.

  • Log in to your BusinessBadhega account.
  • Go to your dashboard.

2. Click on the “Help & Support” Icon:

  • Find the Help & Support icon on the left side panel of your dashboard.
  • Click on the “Help & Support” icon to open the support section.

ย 3. Submit Your Request:

  • Describe the help or support you need.
  • Attach any relevant documents or screenshots if necessary.

  • Click on the โ€œSubmitโ€ button.
  • Our support team will review your request and respond promptly.
